Terms of Service
This document explains the legal and community framework of the Civorbis closed alpha service.
Scope and acceptance
By creating a Civorbis account you accept these terms and the game rules. The service is in closed alpha; features, balance and availability may change.
Account security
You are responsible for accurate information, a strong password and keeping access private. Account sale, transfer and unauthorised access are prohibited.
Virtual assets
Civor, TOKEN, goods, units and other game assets are limited in-game rights; they are not money, deposits, investments or promises of redemption and cannot be cashed out absent a separate agreement.
Service and enforcement
Cheating, automation, exploit abuse, multi-account abuse, harassment and economic manipulation may lead to warnings, asset corrections, suspension or termination.
Liability
The service is provided as available. Subject to rights that cannot legally be limited, Civorbis is not liable for indirect loss, game progress or expected gains.
Fictional universe and separation from reality
Civorbis is a wholly fictional game simulation that uses geographic references such as country names, flags, place names and administrative boundaries. Borders, sovereignty, occupations, wars, governments and alliances shown in the game do not state present or historical legal reality and do not represent the official position of any state, government, military, institution or person.
Borders and sovereignty claims
The game map neither accepts nor rejects any territorial, sovereignty, independence or diplomatic-recognition claim. Simulation borders may differ from reality, change through player action and must not be used as an official map, evidence or source for real-world geography.
Virtual conflicts
Attack, defence, occupation, units and weapons are game mechanics only. They do not endorse or encourage real-world violence, war, discrimination or hostility toward any community.
